BUILDING NEW AUTO LEADERSHIP
Building new auto leadership.
An industry-focused business school for automotive entrepreneurs and executives. Choose whom to learn from—and whom to grow with.
Initiated by Automotive Business Review in 2020, Xuanyuan Business School brings automotive entrepreneurs and executives together to learn from real industry challenges.
From the Surge and Glory classes to their joint sixth cohort, the school connects faculty experience, fellows’ business challenges and on-site enterprise learning.
Developing understanding, capability and action for the industry’s future.
Aspiring to become the world’s leading organization for industry learning and empowerment.
Continuous improvement, mutual growth, forward-looking thinking and the courage to act.

Cost, procurement, manufacturing and collaboration between automakers and suppliers.
Sustainability in business operations and supply-chain practice.
Applying AI to business processes and management.
Overseas markets, local operations and organizational capability.
Strategic choices, team collaboration and leadership development.

Physical and mental well-being, self-awareness and continued growth.
Based on the joint sixth-cohort curriculum. Sessions are generally held every one to two months, mainly on weekends. Cohort dates, venues and teaching arrangements follow formal course notices.
Drawing on industry leaders, enterprise executives, R&D specialists, procurement professionals and scholars.
Visiting automakers and fellows’ enterprises to connect learning with products, R&D, manufacturing and operations.
Sharing experience and questions through dialogue, with faculty and fellows learning from one another.
Past speakers and faculty resources do not constitute a commitment for any current cohort. Teaching appointments follow each course notice.
A community for new automotive leadership—in business and in life.
Xuanyuan Halls are initiated and co-created by fellows: places to pause, meet and exchange ideas.
Fellows become contributors, sharing real experience of business decisions, technology and transformation.
Visit fellows’ enterprises to discuss technology, organizational management and business choices.
Continue connections through graduation gatherings, talks, sports and shared journeys.
For entrepreneurs and senior executives across the automotive value chain. Bring your questions and begin a new learning journey.
Requirements and contacts are from the 2026 brand manual. An inquiry is not admission; confirm cohort-specific requirements and arrangements with the admissions team.
LET’S MOVE FORWARD, TOGETHER.
Connect enterprises, people and knowledge. Start a new collaboration with a conversation.
